Pocatello Office Meets Crucial Need With Home Health Care Services

Please join us in congratulating my colleague, Teresa Nelson, the owner of Caring Hearts of Eastern Idaho, on expanding her office to offer home health care services!

Positive Feedback Leads to Expanded Service Offerings

It was with this feedback in mind that Teresa decided to expand her offering in order to help even more people in her community. In addition to the many care services already offered by the office, her team can now serve clients with in-home health care services, including physical therapy and occupational therapy.

“We saw that there was genuine need in our region to add these services,” Teresa said. “While most of our clients will continue with respite, companion, and other levels of care, several require more highly skilled services that simply aren’t otherwise available in this community.”

Teresa joins our Hilton Head, SC office – Caring Hearts of the Low Country – in providing home health care services.
